Cancellation Policy 

We know that life can be unpredictable, and unexpected situations arise. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for our therapists’ time, we’ve put the following policies in place:

  1. We kindly request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled appointment price.
  2. Cancelations or requests to reschedule must be communicated at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid incurring a charge equal to 50% of the service fee.
  3. In cases of a no-show, the full service fee will be applied. 
  4. Clients arriving late might have a shorter session, but they will still owe the full fee regardless of the appointment length.
  5. We understand emergencies may arise; therefore, we encourage clients to contact us as soon as possible if such a situation should arise.


While we aim to be as accommodating as possible, we must enforce this policy to ensure fairness to clients. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we work to maintain a positive and relaxing experience for everyone!
